Additional Info: Arlina: I am looking into having meetings at the museum of south texas history once a week on Thursdays at lunch for Edinburg Rotary. Dr. Guajardo said you habe worked with them.
Teresita: I serve the MUST every month for the board members. Ok perfect, How many guests do you have? I would like to know your budget if you can, because on that basis we can get you whatever you need. I’m practicing my English 😌 So if you don’t understand what I am saying, just let me know, We want to work with you And give the service you need Under your budget.
Arlina: Anywhere from 30 to 60, when we would cater before we would get around 35 to 40 plates. If we knew we were having a bigger group we would let you know. I know it's not a big budget, so if you can let me know what the options are for the price, it's $12 because the museum will be charging us a room fee that we aren't paying right now. If that isn't possible, let me know and I will see what we can do.

Hi Tere! I wanted to get back to you on Rotary. I also wanted to ask you about the celebration of life for Sabrina. It's on August 9 at the ACE building in Edinburg. I'm on the committee and we are reaching out to people who have worked with her. We're getting different vendors, small appetizers for like 150 to 200 people. We are expecting 500 people, but wanted to make it easier by having several vendors participate. Let me know if this is something you all can do.
