Mr. Rodulfo, I would like to request a written quote for breakfast catering. Are you available for a catering event on September 4, 2025, at Region One (Fort Ringgold Meeting room) in Edinburg for 75 people?
Could you please confirm availability and delivery? If available, we would need the food delivered and set up by 8:30 AM for a meeting scheduled to start at 9:00 AM.
Our preferred menu items include:
• Scrambled eggs with bacon strips
• Refried bean
• Chilaquiles con queso
• Pancakes
• Yogurt with Fruit cups – 15 only
Please include the total cost, including the delivery fee, in your quote.
