Subject: Luncheon - SubHub
Good morning,
I hope this email finds you well.
We are in the process of planning the upcoming event and would like to request quotes for the catering and decor services. Below are the details for both:
Estimated Guests: 150
Decor Requirements:
• Theme: Blue, white, with large background decor to cover the center stage (approx. 8x10ft).
• Table Decor: The table settings should match the theme and suitable centerpieces.
• Centerpieces: Estimate 19 required.
Catering Details:
• Starters salads: With dressing on the side.
• Main Meal: Complete meal plate (main entrée, two sides, and beverage)
Additional Requirements:
• Full-service catering, including china, flatware, goblets, cloth napkins, and table linen.
• Set-Up: Tables to be prepped and plated with salad, bread, tea, and dessert by 12:00 PM.
• Meals: To be served between 12:15 PM and 12:30 PM.
• A minimum of four waiters to ensure proper service throughout the event.
• Onsite consultation to finalize the menu and decor details.
Quote Submission Deadline:
Please submit the quotes by Friday, Feb 13th , at 5:00 PM. Kindly include your turnaround and setup time in your proposal.
For inspiration, I have attached files with the decor references.
