Good afternoon Rodolfo,
As per our conversation earlier, I reached out because we are going to be having an event on January 30th (Friday) at the Library, similar to events in the past. We are interested in having your company cater this upcoming event. For right now, I do not know the amount of people attending, but once I get that number I will let you know. We would like to request the same menu that was provided in the past. I just wanted to check and make sure that you were available for that morning.
